Color you can hear
Each swipe pairs a color with a note, like a tiny duet. Warm shades cool off, notes sink lower, and the volume tiptoes down.
The app · demo
A short-video feed where every video carries one color and one tone. As you scroll, the colors soften, the notes descend and the sound grows quieter, so the feed that usually winds you up helps you wind down.
Not yet in the stores. Try the live preview on the phone.
Live preview at 3× speed. Every video is drawn fresh, under the same rules as the app. Swipe sideways or press Night for the night colors.
Most feeds keep you alert. This one follows a calm arc in seven stages, built from research on color, sound and breathing.
Each swipe pairs a color with a note, like a tiny duet. Warm shades cool off, notes sink lower, and the volume tiptoes down.
Stay on a page and it starts breathing with you: slow, then slower. No counting, no instructions. Just follow the note.
It learns you the way TikTok does, minus the rabbit hole. It notices the color-and-note pairs you slow down on and serves more of them next time. It all stays on your phone.
No settings to learn. Open it before bed or whenever your mind is racing.
The feed and its sound start as soon as the app opens.
Swipe up for the next video, exactly like any feed. Each one swaps in a new color and note.
Stay on a video and its note keeps breathing. Your screen dims a little as the breaths grow longer.
Leave it for three minutes and the app rests. The screen can sleep and any touch wakes it.
At night, swipe right. The colors turn warm and dim, with no blue, and grow a little darker with every video. Swipe left to bring the day colors back. Faint arrows at the edges show the way until you have used them, a short note names the mode, and the app keeps your choice for next time. The sound stays the same.
Try it on the phone above: swipe sideways, press ← or →, or tap Night.
A small learning model watches one signal: how long you stay. Every session it gets a little better at showing you the colors and notes you linger on, without ever leaving the calm arc.
A video counts as a linger when you stay noticeably longer than on the videos around it, so later, slower parts of a session are not mistaken for favorites.
Every remembered video carries a running score of lingers against skips. The model samples from those scores (Thompson sampling) to decide what comes back.
Favorites never take over: most of each stage stays fresh, and colors and notes you liked get a gentle boost in new draws.
Scores fade a little each session, so last month's favorite makes room for tonight's mood.
Session by session
Every color is new. The feed is still guessing.
Every rule in the app comes from published research on color, pitch, music and breathing, graded for how well it holds up. The full guide includes the working scroll lab.
